For People Lack of Faith & Energy (including me)

Are you fed up with constantly feeling anxious and weary?

I am.

I am ready to change.

Good news is we can start changing with only one small action, according to Hell Yeah or No (2022) by Derek Sivers.

Specifically, I took this idea from chapter Small actions change your self-identity

In brief, it argues that to become anything you wish, you don't need big things but just a little action you can take immediately that changes how you see yourself. Once you think of yourself differently, you'll behave differently and others will also see you differently.

For example, to become active, do just one easy thing that makes you feel active such as walking faster. Remind yourself to walk briskly every time you stand up. You'll feel energized and begin to see yourself as an active person. Self-definition changed.

With this insight, can you come up with your own strategy to raise confidence and energy level now?

For me, I've decided to follow my first thought, as long as it doesn't trigger a contractive feeling in my body. Because I imagine self-assured and energetic people are spontaneous.

That's it. It must work.
