Correct Way to Peel Cut Pineapple and Earn Respect in Vietnam

Today Silvi peeled and cut pineapple for the first time! (kinda succeeded) 

Cutting pineapple is undeniably a top challenge to new adults, and 24-year-old Silvi conquered it in almost an hour! On her way to independence.

The method shown below has been passed down through Vietnamese generations. It's complicated but no one ever thought of an easier way. Because cutting pineapple should be a challenge. Knowing how to cut pineapple is a way to earn respect in our society.

Correct way to Peel Cut Serve and Enjoy Pineapple in Vietnam.

Make sure you remove all the skin and all the "eyes" with V-shaped cuts. Else, your tongue will hate you. Remove them following the long curves that stretch about half of the fruit. It looks nicer, I guess. My mom instructed so.
